NEVER ever would I wish these apts on anyone

I've lived in Nashville about 10 years now, and I would have to say these are the ABSOLUTE worse apartments I've lived in.
NEVER live in a bottom floor apt if you so deem these slums on your wish list!
Girl above me had this huge dog (weighed as much as she did). The dog barked and barked all day. When it ran across the floor (with basically no soundproofing or insulation), it would sound like she was tearing down the apartment). Guy on the very top played his home theater system loud every night (I guess he thought he'd provide live entertainment for all of us)... Eventually, after much complaining, I got both of these people evicted. Complaining to the sorry management staff here wasn't enough. I had to call their district office, and their corporate office (Sentinel Real Estate).
Spiders and bugs are a real issue in these units. Its a wonder i hadn't got bitten by a brown recluse spider at night.
There is basically no security here. Cars get broken into regularly for this area.
The couple of ------- that run this office could care less about your maintenance issues and concerns.
Do yourself a BIG favor and look elsewhere for an apartment!! If you move in there and are miserable a month after, dont say we didn't warn you in some of these reviews. All of them are basically the truth, and its REAL experiences we've put up with.
JUST SAY NO TO BRENTRIDGE!
