Management is horrible. Truck was stolen from parking lot and not that I thought complex was unsafe but the office was uncaring and had the attitude we were wasting their time. After telling us we needed a police report and then after giving them one (for what reason we still do not understand) nothing else was ever said. Roof leaks. 3 months to repair still no satisfaction. The rates at first I thought were reasonable until moving in and things fell apart or did not work.
Calling office was an ordeal each and every time. Rude, unwilling to listen and the list goes on. For those who have stated that dissatisfied tenants do not know how to follow rules etc., we were hardly ever home and never had any complaints from our neighbors., vice versa. In fact even though the ceiling was starting to fall from the leak it still took several more calls to get them "started" on repairs. We moved into an apartment while looking for a home in Tennessee - and I am so unhappy that this was our experience. Reading other reviews I can hardly wait to see what happens when we do not renew our lease. The office staff ought to remember that without the tenants they would not have jobs.
