Brentridge Apartments

I was a resident from June of 2001 until a few days ago, my mother became very ill and I had to break my lease. The ladies in the office and were very understanding. Unfortunately I will have to pay the termination fees because I was bound by my lease but the office was willing to work with me a break my balance up over six months so that I wouldn't have to come up with the money all at once and my credit would not be ruined. Now granted Antioch may not be the most perfect area but I have lived in the area for years and of all the apartment complexes I have lived at, Brentridge was the only place where if I came in the office or even called they knew my name and there is a lot to be said for that. My work orders were always done in a timely manner and I personally never had any safety issues. I did have a problem with an ex-boyfriend harrassing me and told the manager, so they moved me into a new apartment that day and the maintenance guy even helped me move my furniture. If everybody feels like the area is so bad then why don't they take that up with the police, they are in charge of protection, Brentridge is there to offer people a home and for me it was. Whenever I return to Nashville I will return to Brentridge.
