When I moved in, the staff was great and friendly. After a few months, the staff seemed to come and go a lot. The hot tub was never fixed for the 2 years I lived there. When I asked about it, it was in the process of being fixed. I never had problems with break-ins. My biggest complaint was the dog poop in the grass left by the owners.
