When I first moved into Brentridge I thought it was cute and most of all safe. I am a single female and I signed a year lease-I ended up beaking my lease 6 months into it. While I was at my apartment watching a movie w/my boyfriend a girl and her boyfriend were arguing outside-he knocked on the door and when my boyfriend went out he hit him in the face. There was mold growing in my bathroom which they "fixed" by spray painting over it, there were bugs, noise from my neighbors above, and my door was beat with a baseball bat. When I went and addressed these problems w/the office they didnt offer to move me to another apartment or offer security or anything! They told me I could terminate my lease, which I did. And now I am going to court w/them for $3000 which they want for me terminating my lease!! Why should I have to pay for an unsafe enviroment to leave in' If I wanted that I would live in the ghetto where it's thousands of $'s cheapier!! Do yourself a favor and find a quite, safe, affordable apartment elsewhere, b/c Brentridge cannot offer that!
