The office staff at Brentridge is not only impolite but not helpful-AT ALL!!! It is obvious that they do not care about their tenants. Money is the only thing that seems important to them. They never smile, and act like they hate their lives.

I never once was late on my rent and never had any complaints. However, they still treated me as if I hindered them if I had to ask them anything.

Brentridge is not a bad place to live if you are basing it solely on the apartments. However, I would NOT RECOMMEND this apartment complex to anyone due to the unhappy, sour office staff. It is important to feel like you are respected and to get respect you must give respect.

ACTUALLY, the manager, LIN, is the ONLY RUDE ONE. She puff's cigarettes outside the office entrance all day instead of helping residents.

What a horrible thing for you NOT TO RECOMMEND a business because of personality comflicts. This review sites are so bogus because of this, I don't think one issue should be allowed to completely not recommend somehting or a business. I'm a business owner and live here and there are times when customers are the biggest thorn in my side and they always expect something for free if they have been slightly inconvenienced, an apology is not good enough, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COUNTRY! Think about it, how were you affected by the managers actions, did it changed you lifestyle in you apartment?
