My husband and I have lived here for a few years and it has been horrible. This place is disgusting. Bug infested and dirty. The pool is never cleaned and the hot tub has not worked the entire time we've lived here. The office staff is completely rude. They are always sarcastic and not welcoming at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! They will tow your car for no reason just because they get a cut out of the deal. They are always looking for reasons to tow as many cars as they can find. Our cars have been broken into 2x and the office staff didn't care a bit and did nothing to help in the situation. This place is not safe and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I can't wait to get out of this hell!

Cars are never towed for NO reason. 2 flat tires and expired license plates are reasons to tag a car for violations of their signed lease agreement. Residents are given a minimum of 10 days to correct the violations. If they remain uncorrected, they are towed. It's hard to keep a community looking nice if we ignore broken down cars with flat tires and expired plates to take up precious parking spaces. Also, tearing the violation notice off the windshield does not prove that it was never there or that you never knew about it.

i've lived in brentridge for 6 months so far and love the pools (there are two) and the hottubs. no one on my side of complex has had their car broken into, i can't speak beyond that i guess. one can't expect office staff to help with a broken into car anyway- thats a job for the police.... i'd like to see one of the young, female office staff do something about it... ha! thats not their job....

I have noticed that every response to a compliant is positive. It is either office staff or one of there family members. You are right they do have bugs and if you don't get a serious bug treatment you will be infested with them like some of your neighbors
