I've been here over two years, and no it has not been perfect-- but come on people. If you've had maintenace problems that have been ignored, maybe you should try calling them back. This is a big complex, so I'm sure mistakes are made. I used to be in apartment management, so I know how it can be. You have hundreds of people that you're trying to please, and it can't always be done. And as for the staff being rude, I've never experienced such a thing at Brentridge. I'm sure they're not always bright and cheery, but who is' I think everyone on here putting out bad reviews needs to ease up. In my experience, I highly suggest you call the office back if you're not getting the results you want on your maintenance problems. They need to know about your problems. I hope people who still live here start having better experiences, because it's really nice here and I don't think yo'd find much better in the area.

why should it take multiple calls!!!--you suggest calling the office back?- yea, sure!- call back the incompetent staff that couldn't get it right the 1st,2nd and 3rd time!!--their not always bright and cherry?- then they ought not be in the public view! not to mention the hospitality business!

I'm sure you are "bright and cherry" every day of your life? That office is so busy most of the time and as on the first review you can not please hundreds of people all the time, something will have to give. Everyone what's it their way for their happiness and the management have to have guidelines to try and please everyone. Apartment management is not hospitality, it's real estate management. With hospitality those folks only stay a day or two, with tenants they can stay for years! You and management should all practice a little kindness.
