I've lived at Brentridge since 2005, with my husband and kids. Although the staff is not always pleasant when it comes to dealing with situations, they are nice on a personal basis. I always feel like when I call to get a maintenance person up here, its such a hassle to them. So, I always wait til I absolutely can't any longer. The maintenance staff is a whole other issue...all I ever see them doing is horsing around...except the girl on staff and she's quick and efficient.

I have recommended the apts to a friend, but my major issue is the amt of time it takes to get things done. I was promised an exterminator in January, and have called more than once...and still haven't had one. Also, I have work orders that they told me they would call back and reschedule for back in August, and still nothing. (And the roaches around the apts, although not their fault, I'm sure that better extermination around the properties would help!)

Come on . . .you said you have lived there since 2005, so you must like something and you recommended to a friend, so WHY would you say NO that you would not recommend. You did I guess it was for the referral money we get. These stupid review sites give people too much latitude to give a company a bad name. Sure I've had a few issues with my apartment but they've been fix and things do break for goodness sack and the place is not new. You should rethink your rating of NO since you have contradicted yourself in the review. I would recommend, I've had issues with the staff too but they had to handle them the way everyone gets treated, not the way you think YOU should be treated.
