rent skyrockets on the 3rd renewal!--water bill is totally outrages!--winter electric bill is shocking-(heating elements, not heat pump!)-was told water bill wouldn't be more than $10- usually ran $23-$28!---2nd renewal lease was 15 days late! but yet i have to give a 60 day notice!--had to fix my own maint. problems!--did bug control myself!--the corridor light had been out for more than 2 years!-my front door light' more than 8mo's!--what makes this place so bad, is the management. especially the MANAGER!!! however, the punchout lady (maint) is an exceptional worker and person!!-- the maint. team, seems to be satisfactory. but extremeley understaff!!--(cuts into the profits) not to mention a nice little quarterly bonus for the MANAGER!--ps, staff is constantly changing over!!- a tale-tale sign of pee poor MANAGEMENT!

If you have lived there as long as you have seems like they maybe doing something right. Those ladies in the office have been there for a very long time, I know, I've been living there a very long time. As for as your maintenance problems of course they should be taken care of but with all of you exclamation marks in your review you are probably difficult to deal with. It goes both ways how people react to you and no I do not work there, I live there and have since 1997. Sounds like you should cool off and put things in writing if you are having a difficult time to get things done and ask a time frame when it is expected to be done and ask for communcation if that time frame should change. Be diplomatic and you would be amazed what you can get done.
