Living at Brentridge was the worst one year of my life. The day we moved in our water heater when out. It took 2 hours for someone to come look at it. During one year the water heater when out 3 times. We also had a leak in the roof that took, an I am not kidding, 4 weeks to be fixed. The fix was tacky and I could have done a better job. There were 3 cars from our building broke into and the people below us had their apartment broke into as well. Now after moving out I receive a bill $25 for not cleaning the stove and a $77 water bill for two months. The catch here, our lease ended on March 31, we turn the apartment over on March 2. Can someone tell me have you get a $35 water bill in an empty one bedroom apartment' Neither can they. Just please do not move in for your own good. Also there is a sewer leak we reported 3 time and was never fixed. So we could not sit outside without smelling waste.

I second that. No matter what special they are running. RUN, RUN, RUN. It is loud and there are bugs here
