I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed it immensely. I enjoy quiet, and courteous neighbors and for the most part have had minimal need for repair and they are quick to provide it.

I think they need a place for dogs to run free and play together, that would make it better and if the living room area was a little larger. Other than that, the price is right and the terms are reasonable.
