I am generally happy with my apartment. I have a nice floor plan and beautiful view. My apartment is very private.

I have lived places in the past where people walked their dogs in front of my apartment and stared in the windows as they passed by. The reason this happened is because they put a pet walk along the units. Here, the residents are not allowed to walk their dogs in front of the windows. There are not a lot of dogs here to begin with. Which is nice, because you don't have to deal with people not cleaning up after them.

The complex is seven years old, so there are going to be some maintenance issues, but the office staff are generally good about following up and making sure things get done.

I have read through some of the other reviews and I can honestly say I haven't experienced the things they are complaining about. However, the staff may have changed over since then. I think they are pretty nice and they try to be helpful.

Parking is tight here. You look out in the parking lot and sometimes it's packed. Every once in a while I have to park further out.

If you're looking for top security, this is not the right place for you. The gates are open most of the time. They are only half gates, which means that people can hunch down and go under them.

On the other hand, I have never had a problem with my car or apartment being broken into. Since I have been here, I have not heard of this happening to anybody.

If you need a complex that offers access to a community business center, they don't have one here.

The complex is centrally located and close to shopping and the mall.

I think overall I'm getting a good deal for my money.
