never fix anything right

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
my dishwasher leeks a lot of water out into the floor and i have reported it several times and they come in and say they fixed it, or say there is nothing wrong with it but everytime i usa it it does the samething. they have been up here to fix it like 6 times and told me once that they were going to get me a new dishwasher and never did.
