My experience was great. the parking is alittle tight but it's not that big of an issue. I lived in the back and I was not on section 8. Crime happens everywhere, and I was living there when the shooting happened, but the management team was great about it, They informed us of and burglaries that happened in neighboring areas and sent out newsletters for anything else. I had one maintenance problem and it was resolved in 2 days, not bad. Just keep in mind that this is a big community with over 50 units, it will take time. I had the 2bed 2bat garden apt and it was beautiful. the only problem with my neighbbors were the unit above me and their overactive sex drive. lol. And great roommate layout.
