All I have to say is that these are probably the nicest apartments in the area, but the girls that work up front are rude!!!!!!! Whatever happened to liking your job' or hospitality'''' Without people renting from you, you would not be getting a paycheck! These women need to shape it up, they will give the place a bad name!!! All it would take is for another nice apartment place to be built in the area with nice service and this place would go out of business!!!!

Well I have to say I agree. I have lived here a couple of years now and the new office staff of girls are awful, they are all so rude and when you go into the office they never say hello or greet you in any manner. When you need something they act like it is the going to be the end of the world if they have to help you. I am sorry to say I will be looking for another place to live when our lease is up. I don't like an office staff that treats you the way these girls do. They need to take some lessons on manners!

This couldn't be more true. Rude girls!! They don't even acknowledge your existance when you walk thru the door. Not to mention lazy ass people. I wonder if corporate even knows how much money the are losing or if they even check to see the horrible reviews they get. I would not live here. Go across the street to Overlook. They have nice people. Can't wait to move

Yes, I went there today to look at an apartment abd they acted as if it was going to kill them to show me one. They are rude and snoody as hell. What are they making 60,000/ year there??????? Just wondering??????
