Cedar Pointe was a lot better than the neighboring apartments. The Office staff was absolutely great. They were very understanding when I had to move due to job concerns. I had no problem moving out, and they even tried to help me find another job. Barbara, and the other ladies who worked there were very nice. They will make you want to stay.
If I could move back there I would. The only thing the complex needed to do was fix the roof (which they were doing once I moved in) and the potholes that were really big. I lived in a quiet area for the most part. The birds however drilled a hole outside my window and the babies woke me up every morning before 6. Thank goodness I needed to get to work by 7:30.
If they added another waste receptical the place would be even better.
I would live here again.
