Lived here about three months now...So far, no major complaints.....Walking around the complex in the evening, I guess I live in somewhat a quiet building.

In others I hear loud music, people out on their balconies raising chaos, but I guess that goes with ANY complex in this area.

Haven't had my car broken into, reading the reviews of those who have.

Haven't seen ANY security (not sure WHO was the security in the previous review).......

the lighting in this complex is TERRIBLE ! ! ! ! ! I walk out my door into the parking lot, and I can't even see myself walk....there are lights on the buildings and in the parking lot, but they have been burnt out for the last three months (since I've been here). Lights on the sides of the buildings are highlighting air conditioning units, grass and trees, INSTEAD of angled to where they provide light to the parking lot.
The management team needs to tour this complex at night and see how dark it is....

There is only ONE trash compactor in the ENTIRE complex (its at the back exit as you leave. People are starting to put their trash on the car, and drive it out in the morning. Bad idea, since some stray dog usually stray is all over the parking lot.

Maintenance is a bit slow. They finally DO respond to your request, unless they have to order some part you need. I think one guy quit, since I've always seen the same guy trying to facilitate requests for the entire complex.

The apartments are pretty roomy (large square footage).... The rate was BELOW everyone else when I started to move.

I'd have to rate this one about 3 outta 5///
