Place is a dump. The managment company doesn't pay there bills. Maintenance would try, but they said everyone in town had them cut off for non payment. (I was late with my rent once and got a nasty letter).The manager didn't give a dam. She never seemed to be there. Could never get anyone on the phone. The grass would go weeks without being cut.(non payment to those people as well) They finally got some good maintenance people then the manager ran them off. No fridge or stove when I moved in. Took four days to get them. Lots of crime. Security was a joke. ---------- ran that show. He was good with old men and women, but wouldn't go near anyone else without his bullet in his pocket.
