You have to question the previous review about this place.... But I will add some TRUE LIFE facts of this place.
The water MYSTERIOUSLY goes off every month. The office's excuse>>>A water main broke. I walk around, I see no busted water mains ever. Did they pay their water bill this month'''''
SECURITY IS A JOKE ! 3/4 of the lights in the parking lot are out, and never fixed or replaced.
As for the previous reviewer, if you were late on your rent, that is your issue, You will get a NOTE from ANY complex if you're late, period.
And I will agree, the appliances in these units are old old old. They seriously need to be replaced.
I've lived here about 9 months.
