Ok, this place isn't as bad as people make it.
The lighting problem WAS an issue, but they just added about 7 street lights to the community, so lighting is no longer an issue.
The neighbors are sometimes a little noisy (but that goes with ANY complex).
I'm happy for the meantime living here.
(((SOMEONE in an earlier review was complaining about their power not being on......getting the power turned on is the tenants responsility I'd think... NOT the apt's responsibility))))). and to the other guy who was complaining because they charged him a late charge because his rent was late) DUHHHH. Have you 2 people NEVER lived in an apartment before''''
