First of all anyone should know that ANYONE can type there comments. Even disgruntled EX employees that are no longer here for valid reason. Keep that in mind when reading these reviews. Yes, the lighting has been a issue but we now have added 7 lg lights with 4 more coming. Parking has been improved when we added more spaces & started towing sitting vehicles. If you knew what cars the patrol company was driving around in, it wouldn't detour any of the criminals as the "Barney Fife" flashing lights would give it away and the criminals would come back later. Maybe if a resident that sees something happen would call it in at THAT time instead of 2 weeks later we could catch them. Residents are your best source of knowledge. We once had a Neighborhood Watch meeting and all of 2 residents came. PITTIFUL ! As for the maintenance issues they have improved by a hundred percent. There WAS NO GOOD maintenance before. Those comments I am sure of came from a disgruntled ex employee. Workorders are being done same day if not same hour. There was NEVER a lady that fell and broke her leg due to lighting or any property related issue. Again, get the story straight before you give out wrong information. Ask the right residents. The water has NEVER been cut off due to non-payment. Call the water company. You could be paying your own water bill at another property and running into the same problems. It was a water main. Stop by the office look at the bill ! Electricity is YOUR responsibility as well as paying your rent on time so that we do not have to send a letter. Read your lease.

Quite a defensive response... This type of response is expected from someone who knows that it has hit the truth. From a tennent who has seen it and experience it without holding a grudge, I believe everytone has its own day in court. Truthfully, there is someone higher up who knows the truth and intentions of the heart. A manager's position has its power and limits and Gods knows that - you have a lot of issues with tennants to the point that (you) as a manager you have stated and written,{you and Brad are the "head hunchos"}. Now what exactly do you feel your power(s) extends to ... I can only say that you therefore cannot be as professional, sincere, truthful and straight forward with reality. Yes, Cedar Pointe is in a great location, has a lot to offer as seen from a positive standpoint but it also has its downfalls as seen from the management and service given to those who are not embraced into the "preferred" clique. I just pray to God that something drastic does not happen before the truth is reveal.... I do pray for all involved to have a change in hearts and see all people as God calls us to for He "loves us all".
