Just as with any apartment complex, this place has its up's and down's . . .


I would say overall its a descent place to live. There are problems with noise, just like any other complex.

They did add some street lights, after us residents complained enough.

They did make a few more parking places near building 8, what is FOUR extra parking places going to do for the whole complex ' ' ' '

We've started paying a stupid water bill surcharge. Perhaps if they fixed all the leaks, the water bill would not be out of hand....However the mysterious "water going off every month because a water main broke" has stopped.

about the dead body . . .what that person wrote makes you think THEY put the body there! That is actually the dead end of Cane Ridge Road, and yeah, its not really On the property.

Maintenance tends to still SUCK! If an issue needs followup, there IS NO FOLLOWUP...if the first visit doesn't fix it, they tend to FORGET that something else needed attention.

The office staff does tend to be friendly and TRY to help with problems.

While this complex has its issues, there ARE worse places one could have chosen to live.
