I believe for the most part, the office staff can be pleasant. However, over the past several months, the manager is not friendly at all. She has jumped all over me when washing my vehicle. She stated is was broke. But unless there is a sign stating that, how is anybody suppose to know. Brad, the maintenance man tries to do his best but he is only one person. Police don't come to the complex when your car is involved in an accident because it is private property. That's not right. The only complaint that I really want to address is that my kitchen/dining floor is sinking farther and farther. It was sinking when we moved in but has gotten worse. I think this is an accident waiting to happen.
