People in these apartments come and go
like flies.

I wonder what requirements these people met
when they moved in. I mean, come on.....
Seven and eight people living in one apartment...I've seen it too many times (especially Mexican/---------)..So amazing they all only have 1 car. (and they aren't here more than a month or two...did they sign a lease))''
People pile trash outside their door all the times, it starts stinking quick!
Thank god I haven't been plagued with alot of noise here, however the residents do play their car stero's way too loud.
They FINALLY added some street lights to lighten up the place at night. We've started paying this STUPID water bill (I guess the complex can't afford to pay it...evey though the rent we're paying here). or wait, are we paying this phony water bill to pay for the street lights they put up'
Guess we'll never know the insider story.
This complex goes thru maintenance people like you wouldn't believe either. There have been at LEAST SIX since I've lived here.
The current guy tried his best, but he's only 1 person.
Overall, not the WORST place you could live in antioch, but definately the best...
P.S. in response to other notes, yes, the manager can be a bit snippy and unwilling to help at times . . .

I think that if you dont like where you live at that is why they give you a lease term and a end of lease letter so you can move if you dont like where you live. Must not be too bad if you are still there. Complaining !

I think you are just a racist person by assuming that just because someone is hispanic that they are automaticaly Mexican. There are more than just -------- in this country just like not all white people are hillbillies and rednecks. Seems to me like you are racist and if you are so unhappy about where you live, then why don't you move your racist ass out? Sound like a preppy white ----- if u ask me.
