I have lived at cedar pointe for 2.5 years and have never had a problem. We have had to have multiple appliances replaced but they were done immediately...it didn't even take them more than a day! Our hot water heater burst at like 4am and they put me through to the matinence guy Brad and he told me how to shut it off and was there two hours later putting a new one in and then had someone out the next day to fix the carpet. It is extremely quiet and I have never had any problems with the staff either. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
