Do not stay here. You will over charged when you move out. 300 dollar pet fee is unbelieveable. When you move the manager gets angry and tries to make you look bad. I will keep passing on too everyone not to stay here. Noise is unreal. Parking is ok. I have seen much better. We had people open the door and walk right on in like they lived in our apartment.

I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and feel that the pet fee is very fair. If you do your research you will find that anyone that allows pets charges and $300 is the average. Some even charge a pet rent every month.

Whatever moron. First, spell & grammar check your postings before you embarrass yourself again. Next, a $300 pet fee is completely standard on apartment complexes and never really pays for the damages pets cause anyway. Third, I doubt seriously the manager was angry you were leaving but rather was angry because you were probably breaking your lease or breaking some other part of the lease. Those people opening your door and walking in are probably called maintenance people fixing whatever your pet destroyed. And trust me, you don't need help from the manager to look bad.
