I have lived here a year and I love it. It is close to the Mall and to Nashville. The manager is very friendly. The schools are very good around here. If something needs fixed, they are there promptly to fix it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. As far as the pet fees go, it's normal, if you don't want to pay the pet fee, either get rid of the pet or look else where.
