I've gone through and read all of these reviews and I'm absolutely appauled at these poor fools. They've obviously not lived in any apartments as bad as I have. I've lived places where I've had to call multiple times and wait weeks on a drippy faucet to be repaired. Where my car was broken into THREE times, and management DID NOT CARE, where my neighbors were filthy and the roaches moved in with me when they moved out.

Cedar Pointe is different, so different. I LOVE the maintenance guys. Half of the crap listed below is a lie, seriously. Like someone saying that a maintenance guy was fired. I've been here three years, nearly four, and NO maintenance guy has been fired, that's just a bold faced lie! They've got a bug up their butt for some reason, who knows. You'd be crazy to fire Brad or Bill, the maintenance men.

The maintenance is the best, really. Lisa and Courtney are great. I love the groundskeeper that's always out picking up the trash every morning. And mind you, there would be no trash if my ignorant neighbors wouldn't clean the fast food junk out of their cars into the parking lot. It's ridiculous.

This place is the best. I couldn't recommend it more. MOVE here! LIVE here! I wouldn't have stayed here this long if it wasn't as wonderful a place as it is. I stayed here and moved into a two bedroom instead of moving into a house! And it's as great as it is because of the people who run it, not the building, construction, or anything else.
