My husband and I moved to TN from Michigan and didnt know good or bad areas. While we were looking for an apartment our truck broke down leaving us only 2 hours to find one. We decided on Dover Glen because they had the best layout for the price. Its not really fair to write the complex a bad review, we loved the apartment on the inside. The maintence staff always helped us in a reasonable time, and were ALWAYS nice to us. The complex has good things to offer, and indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, fitness center. BUT! The area the apartments are in is HORRIBLE!! It seemed like everyother day the cops were there for something, always hearing gun shots, people fighting outside. I felt like we were in the projects. Needless to say we didnt even live there an entire year!! We just had a baby and did not feel safe having her in such a high crime rate area.

Unless your ghetto and want the drama and crime around STAY OUT OF ANTIOCH!!!

I will take a offense to the rating about the area. I have lived in the Antioch area all my life and that is 23 years. I am not ghetto and most of the people in the area aren't either. There is crime where ever you go and I am not disputing your review or that some things have happened in the area but that doesn't make it ghetto.

I agree with your posts almost to a T, I am moving out for the same reasons, and yes, the area is ghetto...
