I have lived in a few apartments some old some new, but this apartment complex takes the cake. It's a big no no no, I have never lived in a place as bad as this before. I moved out right when my lease was up, I was never so happy to see it end. The staff is very friendly, but that's as good as it gets for this place. While living in the complex my car was broken into, i had ants that I could not get rid of even if the pest control sprayed, my neighbors were always living trash outside there door, i found a maintenance guy in my apt. twice unannounced when i got home. When I called to ask what he was doing in there they told me my apartment had a leak and that they were not authorized to call me or inform me in anyway if it were an emergency. Then they proceed to tell me that I will need to be out of my apartment the next day until they get it fixed. I ask if there was a compensation for my inconvinience and they told me there wasn't. This is when I knew that I was def. going to move out when my lease was up. Beware there friendly but do nothing to make you happy and want to stay in that place. Also four hours after I moved out there was a shooting across from where I lived. It's not the safest area either, and it is hispanicville so keep that in mind when your trying to find a place to live. Neighbors are loud, annoying, and not friendly at all.
