I have been living here for the past 3 months with my girlfriend, I heard about every bad comment about this place but is not until you move in to notice that none of the comments apply now.
I read about complaining about --------- living there...... SO WHAT' if you have money to afford it you can live wherever you want.
Is pretty Quiet and I love that, my apt is right infront of the lake and i have friends at all times and is safe and not saying the peace that the lake provides, not many neighbors but the ones i've seen seems to be calm.
So don't hesitate to move in and find out your self what is about Hickory Lakes.
It's a nice place, about maintenance, not all the time when you request service will go right then and there, that's everywhere. Remember there are so many apts and a couple of Maintenance Guys, but willing to do the job quick.
I love the floor plan a divided living room from the bed room by a kitchen that you can come from the main door as from the living room. so if you have friends they don't have to come into your bedroom to use the bathroom since is separated from the bedroom, oh and you have to see the size of the bed room, and the walk in closet, i have a lot of clothes so this is perfect for me.
kids love to feed the ducks. and I will close saying that until today's sunlight i havent seen nor heard about any crime going on and i have an expensive car and belonging inside the APT. I am a Professional who works at a financial institution and my girlfriend a personal banker and my neighbor a musician if you want to rate the kind of people living there, oh by the way the --------- don't even come out of their places they mind their own bussines in case you are afraid of them hahahahahahahah. next time you are searching for a place to live, stop by. hey don't forget i am a resident there.

Who paid you to say that crap? Hickory Lake is one of the more dangerous apartment communities in Antioch(if not all of Nashville) call Metro Police and ask their opinion. Do you see any cops living there, no, wonder why? YOU ARE NOT SAFE.

i dont believe that i been living in cobb co for 7years and hickory lake apt.. have always had a bad name for them self so that bs your saying is so not true
