The parking sucks at night when you get home from work because everybody races back to get a spot close to their door. I can constantly hear the people above me. I thought it looked great at first... especially from a distance. They showed me a sample apartment and the grounds looked great. When I moved into my apartment away from the office, it was a completely different story. Broken branches and stuff everywhere. People are constantly littering everywhere such as beer bottles and other crap. The construction is the worst part. All the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen are incredibly crooked, the wood of the cabinets and counter tops of the kitchen and bathroom are warped. I've had numerous problems with sinks leaking, air conditioning units leaking, water from the apartment above me leaking. The molding of the bath tub was coming apart. The laundry rooms are terrible too. Very dirty and don't work very well. Maintenance is god awful. It takes them forever to come to your apartment to fix something. Then sometime they tell you it will work correctly now and then I have to call them the next day because its still not fixed. Or today I called for them to fix my leaky sink and they said he had to fix some other apartments first then he would be by. I waited all day and he never showed up. I called again and he went home. He said he would be here tomorrow. The office staff is the only good part about these apartments. They are nice, kind and friendly. Overall, these apartments are good if you need a place for cheap quickly, and don't care about these things. If however you do care about these things I would suggest looking somewhere else.
