The neighbors are all on section 8. The apartment next to mine was condemned by the health department so the tenants were forced out. My own apartment has so many roaches that i have given up and had enough of spending my own money to control it. Management will never send pest control so as a tenant you take matters into your own hands be prepared to spend your own money if you wanna keep the roaches down to a minimum where they only come out at night but eventually the roaches become immune to the baits. Not a good place to raise children with drug dealers and drug users hanging outside when you get home. Police presence is always here but they're more likely to follow you and find a reason to give you a ticket. This place is absolute hell and I'm looking foward to glorious day when i'll be moving out.
