I lived in a townhome for a year only and was ready to move after being there for a month. I had TERMITES and the apartment manager took a week before getting anyone out there to treat them. The staff is all about money and don't care if you have leaks,broken appliances,etc... it is so hard to get them to get the maintenance person (meaining only one) to get to your unit. there were always car break ins. You will never find a good parking spot if you come home after 5 p.m. Everything in the apartments are outdated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
