I have been a resident here for 3 years and I like it. Yeah there are a few problems wit parking or loud music, but what APARTMENT have you lived in that doen't have that. My neighboors don't bother me with music anymore because the security has answered call i have reported, also if there is no parking places left you can call the tow company to tow everyone who DOESN'T have a PARKING PERMIT!!. Maintance may not come right away if its not an EMERGANCY but they do get the job done. The floorplans are great. Lot of space. My neighboors are very nice. I have a one year old and if they see me tring to carry laundry or groceries up the stairs they always help. The lake is romantic in the summer to just go sit by and have a conversation. My baby loves the ducks and the pool does open, just not when children break the line in the middle... hint...keep an eye on your kids then the pool would stay open more longer. The staff and maintance are all friendly and they are like family to me. They have helped me in my tough situation. I have friends and relatives that live all over this complex. One bad thing is that this is a dangerous place in antioch, lots of drug dealers, cars being broke in to and my friend has been robbed at gun point 2 times, you just have to becareful at night. My car was broke into and they stole my stero, but it was my fault for leaving the doors unlocked.
