I've been in Hickory Trace for several years now. Currently they're remodeling the exterior, and what they've done so far looks awesome. The management is quite nice, and when there's a problem, they get it taken care of promptly. Unfortunatly, since I've been here the hot tub has never been turned on, and I doubt it works. The swimming pool and tennis facilities are used often, and well-kept. It's located right next to everything; I don't have to drive to get to work. :). The only problem I see is that since I've been here, some of the clientel that live here are not exactly your utmost of citizens. But, this is Nashville, home of just about every gangster and drug lord in the world. You find this at just about every apartment complex you go to. But for the price, this place is great!
