I moved in with my two siblings and for the price and size it was great. We have a three bedroom/three bath- for only $730. Not bad at all.
The space of the apartment is really nice for three adults.
The office staff seems to make promises that you have to remind them of. We are still waiting on the new windows and bedroom 1 and 3 that we were promised that would be replaced when we moved in over a year ago. The staff changes like the weather, the only two people that are still here are the apartment manager and the very lazy maintenance man. He gives me the creeps.
We came with our own washer and dryer so I only visited the laundry room once. It looked unkempt. Now the apartment complex is being sold hopefully the office staff will be better. The pool is great, and it takes the steam room forever to heat up but if you get someone to turn it on about 45 minutes before you leave the water; it will be great. The apartment needs sidewalks desperately.
There is a very high turnover in the apartments with less than three bedrooms. The family in the three bedroom apartment in my building; have been here longer than us and they are quiet. The loud neighbors will turn down the music if you ask them. Parking is not so bad.
Beware of this area during peak purchasing times (weekends and major holidays) traffic is unreal, but the place is extremely convenient to all the major spots (dining, gaming and shopping).
We are planning to stay here for at least 2 years, rent for each person is only $243.33.
