Hickory Trace is a great starter apartment. I have lived in several different citys and this by far is prob one of the most affordable areas to live in. Everything is convienant as far as driving distance goes. I like the lay out. few lil problems as far where the fire place is placed. Quiet neighborhood. Parking though can be a issue some people try to park in handicap areas and on occasion theres a broken down car hogging up a spot but they usually are towed with in a week. as far for cleanliness the outside of the apartments can be messy . Behind the buildings theres alot of trash. But the office staff is great, if you make a suggestion or need help they always help. They do apartment inspections which is ok to me, they always give a heads up just incase if you have animals so you can lock them up in a room sence i have two cats one like to walk out the front door with whom ever leaves. crime doesnt seem to be a issue, accept from what i was told by wing zone they wont deliver out to our complex but with the area what do you expect' no where is safe anymore. Iam currently going on my 2nd year. And happy
