My brother and I lived at Meadowood for well over two years during that time both of our vehicles were vandelized. No security was ever seen patroling the property as was promised upon move-in. Hot water heater in apartment upstairs busted and flooded my entire apartment so I was allowed to stay in the model apartment for 4days while they cleaned the carpet. The furniture in every room had water damage and I was not compensated at all and DID NOT even recieve an apology. Six months later the hot water heater in my apartment busted and once again extensively ruined the furniture thoughout the apartment. Fortunately out lease contract expired a short time after that and we moved to British Woods which is a wonderful community with a great staff and security and rent is not much more. I would highly recommend not choosing to live at Meadowood for it is poorly managed and they do not handle crisis situations very well.
