I would not recommend this property. We were not happy there. Apart from the fact that we lived across the way from a total drug dealer (which might be what some folks are looking for, but not us), our apartment got robbed - in braod daylight! Granted we were the dumbasses that left our window open, but we had done it before and it had a screen. We left around 11am to run some errands, and we came back two hours later to find the place torned apart. And of course, they still wouldn't let us out of our lease.
It's not a pretty property either. It's just no good. Don't go there.
