My husband and I lived there from Oct 2002 through November 2003. We did not have any maintenance issues, nor did we run into any trouble with our neighbors. We almost never saw our neighbors honestly. Our son wasn't yet born at the time, but we did have a puppy, and it was nice to walk her up and down in the complex. There was nothing special about the landscaping, but it wasn't an ugly place either. The staff working there were usually courteous and easy to work with if we had special requests. All in all, we were quite happy with the place. Granted it's been several years since we were there, but I don't have anything bad to say about it.
