This place is terrible, unless you are into the thug life. The actual buildings are fairly old and not that well kept. Even if you are a good tennant the mgt will try to pull one over on you when you leave, they tried to bill me for an extra month b/c they said that I turned my key in on the 2nd day of the move out month when I actually turned it in on the 29th of the previous month and was gone. You should have seen the look on the mgrs face when he own employee said yeah I saw him turning in his keys. It was great, I know they did this with a friend of mine also. I think they hope that you will just send the money instead of confronting them.
