When I moved into my apartment, my hot water heater busted. Water was everywhere in the hall. When the prob was fixed,the maintance man had torn up my carpet and had taken the the foam out. They left dirty fingerprints on the walls and in the kitchen..There was no reason for them to go in the kitchen. Were they hungry' Ive had numerous probs with the pipes in the kithen because the keep leaking..The staff is horrible and very unprofessional..They dont keep up with anything, except your rent! Maybe if they get better managers(i.e. Bonnie and Amy ) and a gate that works in the rain, the Arbors might be the best place to live!!!
