I've had problems since the day I moved in. Lets start with the fact that my apartment was never cleaned. Refrigerator dirty, filter not changed, vinyl in laundry room peeled beyond belief, carpet not tacked down, trim tried to glue together with caulk. Caulk is like duct tape for them they use it to repair everything. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. This is maybe half of the issues. I worked as a leasing consultant for 3 years and had just quit when I moved here. I know what to expect and I'm very understanding. All of my issues were sugar coated with I understands and we will take care of it. Well I'm in my fourth month and things are still not done and things still popping up. Did I mention I live on the 3rd floor and have squirrels in my ceiling that have been there since we moved in chewing and gnawing tearing up things. My advice is look your apartment over real well,document everything and take pics. You may have a better experience than me but it's questionable by looking at the other reviews. You get what you pay for.
