i moved over from Archstone Briley Parkway... which was an awesome place to live!!! moved do to seperation. NEVER SHOULD HAVE MOVED!!!! The staff here are trying but are still quite lazy about getting things done!!!! my neighbors make me feel like i'm living in a dorm with a bunch of children!!!! only signed a six month lease... THANK GOD FOR THAT... I'M SOOOO OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

If you want a REAL APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH AN AWESOME STAFF AND AWESOME APARTMENTS MOVE TO AN ARCHSTONE PROPERTY AND AVOID ANY AND EVERYTHING TO DO WITH AN EQUITY APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially the arbors of hickory hollow... what a dump!!!!! ghetto ghetto ghetto!!!!!

the story behind the complaint...
they were given a list of things that were to be fixed before i moved in and they did NONE of it!!!!! i had to call my lawyer before they would actually get anything done. i lived here in a mess for four weeks before i could actually put my apartment together, do to plumbing issues and holes they had to cut. the floor is like being at a fun house AND according to a staff member there is an apartment they can't even rent because the floor is SOOO BAD underneath and they won't fix it!!!!! Equity has a LOT to learn about apartments and how you keep them and present them!!!!! total lack of preperation and class!!!!

they have this garauntee of 48 hour service, but yet repeatedly, they violate that part of THEIR agreement with lots of excuses as to why they weren't there... excuses don't cut it!!! guess i'll just have to keep their end of their bargain for them and start deducting rent for each day of excuses!!! after all that is THEIR policy!!!

good apartment hunting

NOW... for a little sunshine for the Arbors... in all fareness... they do have some of the best floor plans i've seen out the 60 apartment complexes i visited. there is more than enough storage space, which is a real plus. the larger one bedroom is by far the nicest and most spacious floorplan i've seen in nashville... especially for the price!!! the only other apartment complexes that had really good floor plans... the cove at percy priest and the hamptons at woodland pointe and archstone of briley parkway.
