Lets start with the fact I have 3 small children, under 2. We have a 1st floor apartment, and its nice, we have a gate on out patio, which I hate. The people that lived here before us, lived here for 20 years!! So they put carpet on the patio, since the gutter is clogged, the rain pours, and soaks the carpet, which in return, is make the post on the patio rot. Its about to fall off. I've told mat. about it, they came and looked at it, and thats it. My husband and I had a fight; and he punched a hole though the bedroom door, that was 2 months ago. They once again, came and looked at it; and haven't fixed it yet!! The two master bedroom closets are freezing cold in winter. Oh yeah, because I was unable to take my trash out one night; they came banging on my front door the next morning; and took my trash can (that held coke cans(I recycle $$)). And I called and asked and they returned it luckly!! Ants are a huge thing here! Hard to get rid of!!
There are two pools, they have only cleaned them ONCE since I've been here in Jan. and, they had to shut down one pool for almost 2 months. The mailbox buildings are in very unconvient places, MY mailbox is across the street, when there is another mail center near my building. But there's nothing I can do abou that. They have gates; but you have to know the code to get in... they give u a card, but like ours, it broke, and they never gave us the code; someone else did.
$850 is TOO much for such a crappy place! I could get a house with payments less than that - which is what we plan to do!

One last though, we have side parkig, but people that live in the front of the building are now taking OUR spot!! If you have NO kids, please move so people who HAVE kids don't have to walk as far!!
