I don't even know where to begin. Our water heater, air conditioner and the neighbors above us water busted. It took them 1 week to get it fixed. Our dryer vent was full and they said "there was nothing they could do about it'" Our porch is dryrotting and they never even came to nail it back together. On top of it all they tried to raise our rent $30.00 if we renewed our lease' We are moving out because our apartment is literally falling apart. Instead of being friendly and admitting they were wrong, they said things of this nature occur all of the time and we had to pay 1,089.00 our last months rent because we did not give a 60 day notice. It is he11! I would not wish this apartment to an enemy. Please check out other apartments before signing a lease here. Two of our next door neighbors were robbed because the lack of security patrolling the complex. I am shocked this place is even a 25% rating. I give it a big fat 0%.
