I've only lived here for 3 months so far, but I love it! My floorplan is very spacious and adequate for a family of 4. The staff, including maintenance, is very prompt, personable, and professional. The grounds are ALWAYS well kept, kudos to maintenance. Each concern that I've informed the staff of is always addressed in a timely manner. My children and I feel safe here, and they are treated with respect when they go into the office to get treats provided by the staff. Having sang Mission Mills praises, I must mention the "not so goods" of living here. I'm sure that one of the factors included in figuring out the rates for rent included the amenities. The fact that the gate doesn't work properly on a consistent basis is a real issue for me. My other issues are that the light fixtures in the bedrooms have all been removed which is an inconvenience, and more importantly I think that we the tenants should be informed BEFORE maintenance enters our home to do repairs. Overall I love calling Mission Mill home!!
