I loved the space for the price but it was ugly from the 1st move in day. 1st of all our original apartment we were to move into was given away. We were allowed to move in early and it was all good. We came into the apartment to do measurements for our new furniture and there were dead roaches on the carpet. So we notified the office about it before we to actually move in. The big day comes and we walk into more roaches. Apparently they sprayed and just left the dead roaches. They were in the tub, toilet, on the stove, IN THE REFRIGERATOR, ETC. On top of that there were still some living and crawlin around. We pitched one! The gate is always open. We ve been here almost nine mths and the gates been closed maybe 3 of those mths. Any and everybody are free to come and go as they please. Our car has been broken into and things stolen which I blame on our useless gate. We cant wait to kick rocks up outta here.

whats funny is even when the gate IS working, theres no fence to keep people out. and i dont think the apartment people can help it that antioch has completely gone downhill and theres a bunch of trash living here now! i think criminals can walk just as easily as they can drive...and more than likely, its a bunch of kids doing it. and cockroaches? that sucks...its probably your neighbors!!!

i was thinking about moving into the mission, i love the spacious bedrooms, but i cant deal with no roaches, not on a 15 month lease, thanks for the heads up,can anyone tell me if the maintenance is any good?

To update my readers, a month after my boyfriends van was broken into, his motorcycle was stolen. We were fed up with the inconvience and what it was costing in unexpected bills. When we spoke to the people in the office they were more than happy to let us break and not charge us. The happiest day was when the moving van pulled up. Im not mad at the office people its just not a good neighborhood n e more.
